Insurance & Appraisal
Just to be on the safe side
Naturally, it's the worst case scenario but in case you (or some other road user) cause any damage to your classic car, it is best to be well insured. Surely you won't want to pay too much for such insurance, but even so, you don't want to run any risks.
Each classic car is unique and is invaluable to the person who owns it. Classic cars require special treatment: this goes for their insurance as well.

In our experience, Kuiper in Heerenveen always offers a suitable deal for classic cars. Most insurance companies base their payments on the current value, but the classic car insurance policy that Kuiper Insurances has to offer is based on the established praised value. Kuiper will insure your valuable classic car in various ways, from the basic legally required insurance to extensive all-risk insurance. Don’t hesitate to contact Kuiper Insurances for more information!
Do you appreciate the value of a good appraisal?
We advise our customers to have their cars assessed once every three years. We closely cooperate with sworn appraisers, who appraise the value of classic cars according to clause 275. This means your car has a fixed praised value for a period of three years. After your classic car has been appraised, you will receive an extensive report, including an elaborate description of the condition of your vehicle, illustrated by a series of photographs. One copy of this report goes to the insurance company, the other copy is for you to keep.
